Absolutely amazing place to visit. I'm from England so it was definitely one hell of a sight to see. I visited in winter time and it was still a good experience but I advise you go in the summer (Dec time). Pack a few beers in the cooler, small bbq and a portable speaker(or use car radio) and you'll have a blast! Oh, and the drive there was very picturesque. I drove there from Perth.

The information centre also has some great local information about the history of the area as well as a small shop with supplies

A must see in WA. The pinnacles in the Nambung NP are worth a visit. Especially during sunset they create a wonderful scenery. But the are also a great sight all the other times of the day. There is a 4 km car loop and a signposted walkway. Both are interesting. The car loop is one way but has lots of parking spots. Entrance fee for a standard car is 13 AUD.

If driving past be sure to stop off at the park. Filled with visual delights of the historic rocks and landscape that are truly special.

Simply amazing place! The formations themself are spectacular. Couple that with the desert aspect and being right on the Indian Ocean and it makes for a very unique setting. Definitely best to experience it without the crowds. Get in before 8am so you can drive the circuit, do the walk, explore the dunes, all before the hordes arrive. Don't forget the experience centre on your way out. It's very informative. All in all its a great half day trip. Leave Perth around 6 and you'll be back just after midday.

Extraordinary view! Unique natural rocks formation that may not be found in other places. Best time to go is in the afternoon during sun set. It is also cooler during that time. Try to avoid going there in the summer. Early spring, autumn and winter are better seasons to visit the place.
